Welcome to Frontline CrossFit!
Come experience a dynamic CrossFit session at our welcoming gym. Whether you're in town for a day or looking to try something new, we're excited to have you drop in for a workout!
How It Works
To join us for a drop-in session, simply check our schedule online and choose a class that fits your day. When you arrive, our friendly coaches will guide you through a challenging yet rewarding workout that showcases our CrossFit methodology.
Prerequisites
Prior CrossFit experience is recommended for drop-in participants. If you're new to CrossFit, no worries! Just let our staff know, and we'll make sure to provide additional guidance and modify exercises as needed to suit your fitness level.
